What Is a Basic Clean?
A Basic Clean is ideal for maintaining cleanliness in a home that is already fairly well kept. This type of clean is commonly scheduled on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis and is meant to keep your home consistently fresh, tidy, and comfortable.
A basic clean focuses on visible surfaces and high-use areas — the things you see and touch every day. Depending on the size of your home and how many cleaners are present, a basic clean is typically quicker and more efficient, while still making a noticeable difference.
In the Kitchen, a Basic Clean Includes:
• Appliance exteriors cleaned and sanitized
• Microwave interior and exterior cleaned
• Countertops and backsplash wiped down and sanitized (items are moved and replaced)
• Tabletops cleaned and sanitized
• Sink scrubbed and disinfected
• Floors swept, vacuumed, and/or mopped
• Window sills cleaned
• Blinds lightly dusted with a feather duster
• Shelves, picture frames, and décor dusted
In Bathrooms:
• Tubs and showers scrubbed, disinfected, and rinsed
• Toilets cleaned inside the bowl, seat, and base
• Chrome fixtures cleaned, sanitized, and shined
• Countertops and backsplash cleaned and sanitized (items moved and replaced)
• Mirrors cleaned
• Sinks scrubbed and sanitized
In Laundry Rooms:
• Washer and dryer exteriors wiped down
• Sink or countertops and backsplash sanitized
• Window sills cleaned
• Floors swept and mopped
• Shelves, décor, and picture frames dusted
• Garbage removed and relined
In Entryways, Hallways & Living Areas:
• Floors vacuumed and/or mopped
• Mirrors cleaned
• Furniture dusted on top and front surfaces
• Lamps and lampshades dusted
• Window sills cleaned
• Stair railings dusted

A basic clean keeps your home looking neat, refreshed, and welcoming — perfect for busy families, pet owners, and anyone wanting to maintain peace and order in their space.

What Is a Deep (or Detailed) Clean?
A Deep Clean goes beyond surface-level cleaning. This service is designed to tackle built-up grime, hidden areas, and details that are not addressed during routine cleanings. Deep cleans take more time, require more effort, and typically cost more due to the level of detail involved.
This service is recommended if:
• Your home has not been professionally cleaned before
• It has been a long time since the last cleaning
• You are moving in or out
• You want a reset before starting recurring service
Deep / Detailed Cleaning May Include:
• Oven cleaning
• Refrigerator cleaning (interior and exterior)
• Tile and grout cleaning
• Interior appliance cleaning
• Window cleaning
• Extra detailing in high-buildup areas
Every home is different, so deep cleaning services are often customized based on your specific needs.
